Terms and Conditions

Membership Eligibility

-Membership to the Association is open to all teaching faculty belonging to the SC/ST community in Government First Grade College within the state of Karnataka.
   – Applicants must provide valid documentation proving their employment in an institution of higher learning within Karnataka and their SC/ST status.

Code of Conduct

   – Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards fellow members, the Association, and affiliated institutions.
   – Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership as per the by-law.

Benefits and Privileges

– Members are entitled to participate in Association-sponsored events, including seminars, symposiums, workshops, and conferences, aimed at professional development and upskilling. And protecting the rights and privileges provided by the Indian Constitution and KCSR
   – The Association may provide additional benefits and privileges to its members as deemed appropriate.

Refund Policy

   – Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases where an application for membership is rejected by the Association.
   – Refunds for event registrations will be provided only in cases where the event is cancelled by the Association. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellation by the participant.

Intellectual Property

   – Any materials, resources, or intellectual property shared or distributed by the Association during events or through other means remain the property of the Association or its respective owners. Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without prior consent.

Amendments and Modifications

– The Association reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

   – These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India.
